What are the WORLD OF DIFFERENCE Awards?!

The World of Difference Awards is a prestigious recognition presented by The International Alliance for Women (TIAW). These awards honor individuals, both women and men, who have made significant contributions to advancing the economic empowerment of women. The awardees are recognized for their efforts at the local, regional, or global level. This year 43 awards were selected from 24 countries globally.

I do what I do to help leaders of color to ascend in their careers with more ease. The world needs more diverse perspectives at the leadership table. The more leaders that ascend to the leadership table for boards and corporations, the greater the impact on society, families and businesses.

It was amazing to be able to celebrate this with my mom and sister and have this opportunity for them to learn and understand what I really do.

As the saying goes, it takes a village. I would like to say a special thank you to my friends, family, coaches, and team who have supported me throughout the ups and downs of the journey. It wouldn't have been possible without you!

Thank you to The International Alliance of Women for this honor, and thank you to all of the other recipients for doing the work that you do. Together, we will bring new leaders to the leadership table and help make a more interesting world. 🌎
