About Change Makers’ Table

Each month, we delve into a new topic crucial to the advancement of DEIB and/or L&D. Attendees are invited from a curated list of successful and passionate executives and senior leaders.
Upon registration, you will have the chance to submit topics or questions you’d like to cover.

This roundtable series is ideal for senior DEIB and L&D professionals, HR leaders, organizational change agents, and anyone passionate about fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace.

We have a maximum of six members in each roundtable.

The roundtable will take place on Zoom for 60 minutes. It will be a facilitated conversation around a key topic every month. There will be an opportunity to share your questions related to the topic in advance.

About the Host
Salima Valji is an advocate for women and people of color in the workplace. She is the Founder, CEO, and Head Coach of Unleash Forward. She is a sought-after speaker, coach, and thought-leader, frequently speaking on topics of advancing women and people of color, leadership, and diversity.
Salima brings a spark of innovation and a wealth of experience to the world of executive coaching and DEI. Salima partners with organizations such as RGA, Dell, Kraft Heinz, Meta, and Nokia to help create equitable work environments that facilitate the success of women and people of color. Through workshops, keynotes, and executive coaching, Salima inspires leaders in organizations to create a more inclusive workplace, which helps increase employee retention and satisfaction.
In 2023 alone, her workshops and keynote speeches reached an audience of over 10,000 globally. She activates leaders to ask for their worth, embrace their leadership voice, and increase their impact.
Salima was awarded Top 100 Speakers of 2023 by Women In Tech and was one of 44 recipients globally to receive the “Woman of Difference” award by The International Alliance for Women. Most recently, Salima was selected as a Global Women Power Leaders 2024 by White Page International.
Unleash Forward aims to have an impact both locally and globally. They offer 3 scholarships per year for women of color, and these are chosen on a case-by-case basis.
