This program is based on the research findings of Author Silvia Ann Hewlitt, Executive Presence is comprised of three dimensions: gravitas, communication, and appearance. Most of us think EP is about communication and our appearance. The research shows that 67% of EP comes from our gravitas, how we act. EP starts with how we talk to ourselves, and it looks different for everyone.

  • 1:1 bi-weekly 45 min coaching sessions (minimum 6 months).

  • Unlimited 10 min spot coaching / sounding board calls.

  • Pre-session questionnaires for reflection and preparation.

  • Post-session notes summarizing the key points for reflection.

  • Relevant resources, exercises or articles to support learning and growth when it makes sense.

  • Accountability, guidance and action plans to unleash you forward.
