Executive Presence for Women of Color

Claiming your Executive Presence as a woman of color is essential to gaining ground in your career and making an impact at the leadership table.

Working women today are better educated and more well qualified than ever before. Yet men still predominate in the corporate world. In fact, according to the Women In The Workplace report by Leanin.org, the data shows that at every step in the corporate ladder, women of color loose ground to white women and men of color. In an increasingly diverse world, executive presence will look very different from one women to another. Executive Presence alone won't get leaders promoted; however, its absence will impede leaders progress— especially for woman.
