Aparna Arvind

Aparna is an executive coach, emotional intelligence practitioner and expert in leadership transitions, with a background in management and healthcare for over 20 years. Her diverse experience encompasses leadership within the private healthcare sector as a physician, leading change management initiatives as a principal change management consultant, and many years as an executive coach helping transform senior leaders across various industries. She is skilled at building collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including executive leadership, directors, senior managers, and entrepreneurs to accomplish professional and team development goals. Each engagement is context-specific and therefore Aparna partners with her clients to provide a tailored approach to the unique needs and developmental goals of her clients.

Aparna has diverse experience living and working in multiple countries, and is passionate about empowering individuals to live with authenticity and resilience. Her personal mission is to be a catalyst in creating organizational ecosystems of thriving individuals and teams that are purposeful in working towards a common vision. A major component of her work involves building the mental fitness needed in creating agile leaders.

A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Aparna also serves as a leadership development consultant with Genesis Advisers, a leading global transition management firm that helps to accelerate successful onboarding of senior leaders across Fortune 500 companies. Aparna was formerly the Treasurer for the Botswana HIV Clinicians Society, a non-profit whose mandate advances the knowledge and policies surrounding the management of HIV and opportunistic infections. She is an executive board member for a non-profit in global health and an advocate for health equity. A strong believer in giving back to the community, she has been a volunteer physician for charitable organizations delivering free medical healthcare to the underprivileged.
